Metro Mart is a 24 hour neighbor supermarket,restaurant and bakery in the heart of Idimu providing service to customers within. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Janitor

Location: ikotun-idimu Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Mart. The successful candidate will ensure that all areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, restrooms, supermart, bakery, and storage rooms, are clean, tidy, and safe for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize allareas Dispose of waste properly and ensure trash bins are emptied regularly. Sweep, mop, and polish floors as needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues. Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols strictly. Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support other staff members in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with at least 1 year experience.
