Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise and manage janitorial staff across assigned locations
Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance
Ensure all cleaning activities meet company and client standards
Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels
Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage
Enforce discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies
Coordinate deep cleaning and special cleaning assignments
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
Prepare and manage staff schedules, shifts, and site allocations
Ensure adequate manpower and handle staff shortages or replacements
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and handle complaints
Monitor and manage cleaning materials, tools, and inventory usage
Ensure timely requisition and proper storage of supplies
Maintain records of attendance, tasks, and site activities
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3-7 years experience.
SalaryN250,000 monthly.
