Junior Project Officer

Position Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with civil engineering background to assist in the successful execution of our real estate development and asset management initiatives.
This role is well-suited for an individual in the early stages of their career, seeking growth opportunities within the real estate and infrastructure domain.
The chosen candidate will work in close collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.


Primary Responsibilities


Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising real estate development and renovation projects.
Oversee project progress and manage routine updates, documentation, and reporting tasks.
Interact with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
Maintain precise records of project phases, challenges, and milestones.
Offer administrative support and facilitate smooth coordination across project teams.
Contribute to risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications


2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in civil, real estate, or construction sectors.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Fundamental understanding of construction processes and project management tools.
Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
Capacity to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
