The Role
We are looking for an operator with proven, hands-on Junttan experience, including the ability to work on land and from a barge/on water.
We are looking for a highly experienced Junttan Piling Rig Operator who understands the machine, knows the piling process, takes HSE seriously, and can deliver precise and productive operations under demanding site conditions.
The successful candidate will operate and support piling operations using Junttan piling rigs, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient execution of piling activities in accordance with project requirements and site procedures.
This is a specialist role, not an entry level role

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years' proven experience operating Junttan piling rigs.
Demonstrable experience operating models such as Junttan PM 26, PM 25, PM 20, or comparable Junttan rigs.
Proven ability to operate Junttan rigs both on land and from a barge/on water.
Valid Certificate of Competency in Piling Rig Operation or equivalent recognized certification.
Strong practical knowledge of piling operations, rig setup, positioning, alignment, and safe operating procedures.
Ability to understand and follow construction drawings, piling layouts, method statements, and site instructions.
Basic understanding of routine rig inspection, maintenance requirements, and identification of mechanical/hydraulic abnormalities.
Strong understanding and commitment to HSE requirements and safe operating practices.
Ability to work effectively with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Surveyors, Mechanics, and other project personnel.
Ability to remain productive and disciplined under demanding project and site conditions.
A practical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to contribute effective solutions to piling and equipment-related challenges.
Added Advantage:Your application will stand out if you also have:Experience operating Vibro Hammers.
Experience operating Crawler Cranes.
Previous experience on marine piling, jetty, quay wall, bridge, or other major foundation projects.
Experience working on barge-mounted piling operations.
