We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented LinkedIn Manager to help position EBA and its clients as authoritative voices in their industries.

This role is an opportunity to manage and grow high-impact LinkedIn presences in a fast-paced, branding-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute LinkedIn content strategies for EBA and its clients.
Write and publish posts, articles, and thought leadership content aligned with each brand's voice and goals.
Monitor page performance and track engagement metrics to inform content decisions.
Engage with comments, relevant conversations, and community activity to grow organic reach.
Collaborate with the content and communications teams to ensure LinkedIn output aligns with broader campaigns and messaging.
RequirementsSolid understanding of how LinkedIn works — the algorithm, content formats, and what drives engagement.
Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt tone across different brand voices.
Interest in branding, PR, and positioning — you should understand why content is being created, not just what's being posted.
Ability to manage multiple accounts or clients simultaneously and meet publishing schedules.
Open to feedback and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team.
