Job Summary
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.
The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to identify and report basic machine faults.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production and industrial machines safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and production output during operations.
Conduct routine machine checks and basic cleaning.
Identify and report machine faults, abnormalities, or operational issues.
Ensure products meet required quality and production standards.
Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
Support the achievement of daily production targets.
Work shifts and overtime when required.
RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience operating machines in a manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment.
Previous experience with industrial/production machines is highly desirable.
Ability to monitor machine performance and identify basic faults.
Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an added advantage.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Good teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
