Job Title: Machine Operator (Beamsaw Machine, Brimmer Machine, CNC Machine)
Location: Lekki-Epe, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Operate woodworking and furniture-production machines such as panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines, drilling machines, routers, planers, sanders, and cutting machines.
Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
Adjust machine settings to achieve the required dimensions and finishing quality.
Process wood, MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, and other furniture materials.
Ensure materials are cut and processed accurately according to drawings or production specifications.
Maintain consistent production output while meeting required quality standards.
Inspect finished and semi-finished components for correct dimensions, alignment, finishing, and defects.
Identify defective materials or machine-related quality issues and report them promptly.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
Assist maintenance personnel during machine repairs when required.
Follow all factory safety procedures and machine operating instructions.
Minimize material wastage through accurate machine operation and proper handling.
Maintain accurate daily machine-operation and production records.
RequirementsMachine operation and technical ability
Understanding of woodworking/furniture production processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Available to resume immediately
Candidate resident in Epe axis is an added advantage
Basic mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to read production drawings/specifications
Safety awareness
Good numerical and record-keeping skills
Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
