Job Summary
A proactive and skilled technical professional who will oversee the routine maintenance, tracking, and repairs of hospital facility assets and medical equipment.
The candidate must be highly organized, capable of executing preventive maintenance schedules, and manage equipment logging with absolute adherence to healthcare safety and operational standards.
ResponsibilitiesCarry outregular inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of hospital equipment and physical infrastructure
Track, log, and reconcile hospital assets, accessories, and maintenance records efficiently
Respond promptly to technical breakdowns and coordinate rapid repairs to minimize downtime
Ensure all facility equipment and maintenance protocols comply with relevant healthcare regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to address facility needs and equipment issues swiftly
Manage inventory of spare parts and liaise with external vendors or technical service providers when required
Maintain clear documentation of servicing histories, faulty items, and equipment replacements
Perform routine safety and functionality checks across hospital departments
Monitor facility utility systems to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
Handle ad-hoc facility maintenance projects as assigned.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree or HND in Engineering, Technical Facility Management, or a related field with 1 - 3 years experience.
SalaryN200,000 - N250,000 / month.
