Management Trainee (Transport & Logistics)

Core Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day operations of passengers, buses, trucks, and shipments.
Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
Implementing digital tools to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
Driving profitability and optimizing the overall performance of the subsidiary.

Requirements:

BA, BSc, HND
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in logistics or transport operations with a proven track record of digitizing processes.
Independent, driven, and entrepreneurial young men and women (26 years or younger) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our business.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
Proficiency in using digital tools and software; must be computer savvy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to be trained and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
