About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director with core experience in the pharmaceutical industry to provide strategic leadership and drive sustainable business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
Provide leadership across all functions
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, industry, and corporate governance standards.
Build strong relationships with regulators, healthcare stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Lead organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, risk management, and investments.
Represent the company at industry forums and government engagements.
RequirementsB.Sc in Pharmacy or related field. MBA is highly desirable.
Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience, with at least 8 years in a senior executive role within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in manufacturing.
Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and organizational transformation.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
