Job Description (in Summary)
Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to achieve performance, revenue and growth targets.
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that all operations, filings and governance practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates, financial reports and key operational developments.
Provide direct operational and strategic oversight of the company while ensuring full alignment with the company’s goals and governance.
Identify and mitigate key risks facing the company.
Major requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or any other numerate discipline.
A higher degree or professional certification (ACCA,ACA etc.) may be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in Asset Management Company in a Managerial and Leadership roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
