Job Summary
The Marketer will be responsible for driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales growth through the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute brand activation campaigns in line with the company's marketing strategy
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
Gather and report market insights, customer feedback, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales visits, and promotional events
RequirementsBachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
Experience in field marketing and consumer activation is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
