Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Lagos
Role Description
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Associate to support and execute CloudPlexo's marketing strategy across multiple markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaigns & Demand Generation: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
Content Marketing & Communications: Create and manage engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, and marketing collateral, translating technical concepts into clear, audience-focused messaging.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage relevant digital channels, particularly LinkedIn, to strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, promote services, and support lead generation.
Product & Service Marketing: Support the positioning and promotion of CloudPlexo’s technology services by developing compelling value propositions, sales collateral, and campaign messaging.
Market Research & Industry Insights: Research market trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging technologies such as cloud and AI to identify marketing opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
Events, Analytics & Collaboration: Coordinate webinars, industry events, and community initiatives. Track campaign performance, prepare reports, recommend improvements, and collaborate with sales, technical, and leadership teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
QualificationsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, SaaS, IT consulting, cloud services, or a related industry.
Exposure to email marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, website analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
Experience supporting webinars, industry events, partnerships, or community marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, content distribution, and digital demand generation.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
Understanding of lead generation, audience engagement, campaign measurement, and marketing performance metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across teams.
