The Marketing Intern will support Expedier's marketing activities by assisting with campaigns, content, social media, market research, and other initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across relevant channels. Support the coordination of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. Assist in preparing campaign materials and ensuring timely execution. Monitor campaign activities and support the tracking of campaign performance. Contribute ideas for campaigns that support user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

Assist in creating and scheduling content for Expedier's social media platforms. Support the development of social media posts, captions, and other marketing materials. Monitor social media platforms and assist with audience engagement. Help maintain a consistent brand voice across marketing communications. Assist in repurposing content for different platforms and audiences.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, customers, and relevant market developments. Gather insights that can support marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and identify relevant opportunities. Assist in preparing market research reports and summaries.

Support initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging new users. Assist with referral, promotional, and community marketing activities. Track user engagement and marketing activities where required. Work with relevant teams to support initiatives that improve user acquisition and retention.

Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaign performance. Assist in tracking key marketing metrics and performance indicators. Prepare basic daily, weekly, or monthly marketing reports. Support the analysis of campaign and social media performance to identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with the Sales, Community Growth, Product, and Operations teams on marketing initiatives. Support cross-functional campaigns and promotional activities. Share relevant customer, market, and campaign insights with the marketing team. Perform any other marketing-related tasks assigned from time to time.

Recent graduate or currently completing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an interest in content and digital marketing. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to conduct basic research and interpret information. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
