Marketing officer (in a financial house & for the banking sector—marketing experience is compulsory from a commercial bank)

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing officer to join our team. The marketing officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, strengthening the company’s brand presence, and driving growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering measurable results.

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives. Manage content creation for digital, print, and social media platforms. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities. Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations. Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.). Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support  business development. Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a Related Field. 1-2 years of proven experience in credit and marketing within the financial sector and for the banking sector—commercial bank experience is highly preffered/an added advantage 26-32 years of age Strong knowledge of marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple portfolios and clientssimultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the use of technical tools (MSOffice).
