About the Role
To lead content creation and drive our brand presence across digital platforms.
This role covers the full range of content the business needs — social posts, graphics, videos, LinkedIn articles, campaign material, and more.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded content creator who can write, design, shoot simple videos when needed, and think strategically about what actually grows the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and create content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — posts, graphics, captions, and occasional video.
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, company milestones and industry moments.
Grow the company's LinkedIn presence through thought-leadership content, company updates and brand storytelling.
Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic) and adjust strategy based on data
Plan and manage paid promotions on Instagram and LinkedIn to support visibility and lead generation
Support other content needs across the business as they arise i.e internal communications, event coverage, campaign assets, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand our services and translate it into clear, compelling content
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content strategy current
Requirements3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Strong portfolio showing a range of content you have created — social posts, graphics, and some video.
Comfortable with basic content tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar); video editing skills are an added advantage.
Experience managing a LinkedIn company page and running paid social campaigns
Strong attention to detail and consistent quality across all content produced
Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting for social platforms
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
A genuine interest in technology; prior experience in a tech or startup environment is an advantage but not required.
