Mechanical Engineer

Position Summary


We are in search of a legal expert with experience in property law, contracts, and compliance to secure all land, client, and partner transactions.
Your role will involve crafting legally sound real estate deals that withstand the test of time.


Key Duties


Compose, review, and finalize MOUs, lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal documents
Offer legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects
Guarantee compliance with local and national real estate laws, regulations, and guidelines
Counsel on legal risks and suggest strategies to minimize exposure
Interact with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel as needed
Perform due diligence for property transactions, including title verification and zoning compliance
Handle and resolve legal disputes, including representing the company in court or coordinating with external counsel
Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations and advise management accordingly
Support the drafting of internal policies and procedures related to legal compliance
Provide legal assistance for financing and investment activities


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from an accredited university; BL qualification mandatory
Minimum of 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate or property law
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and related regulatory frameworks
Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
