Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Monday – Saturday, Shift Work
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Sunday overtime available
Requirements
B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
Practical experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and production equipment.
Experience in food processing, agricultural processing, or a similar industrial environment is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance.
Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults and production equipment.
Ability to plan and supervise routine and preventive maintenance activities.
Good understanding of production processes, equipment efficiency, downtime reduction, and cost control.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements in an industrial environment.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance/production reporting tools.
Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
