Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP-Plumbing Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, supervising, and ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of plumbing systems across various projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlumbing System Design: Develop and review plumbing layouts, schematics, and technical drawings for construction projects.
Project Supervision: Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Maintenance Oversight: Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and system performance evaluations.
Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of plumbing materials and equipment.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in MEP-plumbing engineering.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
SalaryN200,000 – N400,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
