Job description
Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about engaging with people? Do you enjoy working in the field and promoting leading consumer brands? We are recruiting Merchandising Officersacross Southern Nigeria.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute market, street, school, and retail activation campaigns. Merchandise products in line with company standards.
Set up branded promotional and product sampling stations.
Conduct consumer education and product sampling activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Ensure excellent product visibility and compliance with approved pricing.
Distribute promotional materials and gather market intelligence.
Submit accurate daily digital field reports using a smartphone.
Properly maintain company uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional materials.
RequirementsMinimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification.
Good spoken and written English.
Must be fluent in Nigerian Pidgin English.
Basic smartphone proficiency.
Valid means of identification.
Must reside in Asaba or its environs.
Must be willing to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.
BenefitsEarn up to N200,000 monthly, comprising:
Weekly Field Support: N2,000 per working day (approximately N40,000/month) for meals and field expenses.
Performance-Based Earnings: Up to N160,000/month based on attendance, KPI achievement, compliance, and program completion.( Earnings: N200,000)
