We are looking for a talented and creative Music Producer to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong ear for sound, proficiency in music production software, and a proven track record of producing high-quality records across Afrobeats, Amapiano, R&B, and other contemporary genres.
You will work closely with our artists to develop their sound and deliver commercially viable music.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduce, arrange, compose, and mix high-quality instrumentals and full songs for assigned artists.
Collaborate with artists and songwriters in studio sessions to shape and refine their sound.
Record, edit, and mix vocals and instruments to industry standard.
Create beats, melodies, and sound designs that align with current market trends.
Manage studio sessions efficiently and maintain studio equipment and software.
Stay updated with music trends, new production techniques, and sound innovations.
Work with the A&R and Artist Management team to meet project deadlines and release schedules.
Assist with post-production, mastering coordination, and preparation of songs for distribution.
RequirementsMinimum of OND/HND/BSc qualification; professional certification is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Music Producer with a strong portfolio / discography.
Proficient in major DAWs such as FL Studio, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, or Pro Tools.
Strong knowledge of music theory, arrangement, mixing, and mastering.
Versatility across genres, with strong strength in Afrobeats / Afro-fusion.
Ability to play one or more musical instruments is a major advantage.
Creative mindset, excellent listening skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with artists and under tight deadlines.
Must reside in Lagos and be available to work on-site, including weekends when required.
