Job Summary
The Network & Systems Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining network and server performance to ensure system reliability and security.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in cloud platforms and banking application connectivity.
RequirementsCreate and manage virtual machines, containers/droplets, and configure security policies, firewalls, and VPNson cloud-based networks.
Install, configure, and monitorPTRG sensorsfor network performance and uptime.
Install and configurecomputer hardware, operating systems, software, networks, and applications.
Install, configure, and manage ESET Network Antivirusacross all systems.
Continuouslymonitor and maintain systems and networksfor optimal performance.
Administer Microsoft Office 365, including user management, SharePoint, and email server configurations.
Manage and maintainWindows Server 2019 environments.
Perform regularmaintenance of IP PBX/IP phone systems, computers, printers, and network equipment.
Respond promptly totechnical support requestsand communicate effective resolutions.
Create and managenew user accounts, email addresses, and access levelsfor staff via Microsoft 365.
Ensuredata backups are regularly completed andantivirus definitionsare always up to date.
Conduct regularsecurity checksto safeguard computers and servers from cybersecurity threats.
Diagnose and troubleshootsystem, network, software, and hardware issues.
Support thedeployment and rollout of new applications.
Maintain detailedrecords of technical issues and their resolutionsfor future reference.
