We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: New‑Energy Sales Representative (Solar & Energy Storage)
Location: Lagos
Slot: 5 Openings
Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore new business opportunities: develop clients in Lagos and surrounding areas.
Manage key clients and establish and maintain long‑term business partnerships.
Execute business strategies set by the company and hit performance targets.
Independently conduct product demonstrations and negotiate business contracts.
Conduct regular on‑site client visits within Lagos.
Job Requirements
College diploma or above.
Minimum of 1‑year sales experience. Candidates with sales background in solar‑energy, diesel generator or CCTV businesses are preferred.
Proven track record in channel development, business negotiation and deal closure.
Familiar with PV modules, hybrid inverters or lithium‑battery energy‑storage products.
Good English communication skills, competent in cold‑calling / cold visiting, able to work under performance pressure.
Proactive working attitude, aged between 20‑30.
Resident in Lagos and available for offline client meetings.
Compensation: Base salary + high uncapped performance commission. Salary negotiable.
Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
