Job Title: NYSC Business & HR Support Intern
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose
The NYSC Intern will support the day-to-day activities of the oranisation, particularly in recruitment, social media,client acquisition, background checks, training and general operations The role provides practical exposure to professional HR and consulting services.
ResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling and follow-up.
Assist with employee/candidate background checks and verification assignments.
Support social media management, content development and digital marketing activities.
Assist with identifying prospective clients and supporting business development and client acquisition.
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes.
Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, reports and other client documents.
Maintain accurate recruitment, client, candidate and business development records.
Conduct research and provide administrative and operational support to the consulting team.
Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
Perform other related duties assigned by team lead to support the company's operations and growth.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member (26B stream 1 & 2)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates who reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos will be given preference.
