Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion while ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans that meet client specifications, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Prepare detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance during construction.
• Modify and refine designs based on feedback, cost estimates, and material availability.
• Prepare project proposals, feasibility studies, and cost analyses.
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations, zoning laws, and local building codes.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver satisfactory solutions.

Basic Requirements

• Gender: Male Age: 28-45.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional certification or registration with ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) is an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Must be Skilled in 3D modeling & visualization, Proficient in drainage & ventilation system design, with strong communication skills.
• Strong expertise in preparing design documents, as well as in master planning and landscape design
• Proficient in electrical design software and related technical tools.
• Capable of proper documentation management & project filing archiving.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 per month.
