Online Marketing & Prospect Acquisition Trainee

We're seeking a Digital Marketer / Lead Generation Intern who is not only passionate about marketing but obsessed with delivering results. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience, eager to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven agency environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Generate qualified inbound leads for the company, working towards established and achievable targets.
Plan, launch, and oversee multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
Conduct cold email outreach, make cold calls, and consistently follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert interest into action.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to evaluate performance, identify insights, and continuously refine strategy.
Identify high-potential leads using tools such as LinkedIn, email, and lead generation software.
Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions to grow our audience, build our online community, and position Wildfire as a thought leader.
Stay informed about digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Develop, review, and refine compelling offers tailored to different client needs and audience segments.
Execute targeted ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and others, ensuring optimized spending and high ROI.


Qualifications:


1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or lead generation
Recently deployed Lagos corps members are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of email marketing, landing pages, and lead magnets
Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Notion, or Google Analytics
Ability to write persuasive copy for ads and emails
Self-motivated, resourceful, and excellent at problem-solving
Willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate
