Are you a highly experienced operations professional with a proven track record of driving business performance and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking an exceptional Female Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across business functions.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operational activities.
Develop and implement systems that improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor operational performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Lead, mentor, and manage teams to deliver outstanding results.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
RequirementsHND / BSC in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Highly proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
SalaryN700,000 per month.
