As the Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day operations of the agency, coordinate client projects and internal teams, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, meeting project timelines, and ensuring excellent client service.

Coordinate daily agency operations, ensuring client projects, campaigns, and deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines and standards Manage client communication, project updates, briefs, and follow-ups while ensuring expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams Collaborate with creative, digital, strategy, and other teams to track project progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery Maintain project documentation, operational records, schedules, reports, and other administrative requirements necessary for effective service delivery Monitor workflows and operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, team coordination, and overall client satisfaction

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency environment Strong experience in project coordination, and agency operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.
