Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• This role requires a results-driven professional who can manage resources, streamline processes, and lead teams while supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, production, and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing operations team.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and operational updates for management review.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day business operations and achieve organizational goals.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations, quality management, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month
