Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective security strategies and policies.
Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations.
Ensure security personnel are properly deployed, supervised, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Conduct and coordinate security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures to address identified risks.
Monitor compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead the response to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational challenges.
Develop and maintain effective emergency response and crisis management procedures.
Supervise, motivate, and mentor security personnel and operational teams to maintain high performance and professionalism.
Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with updates on security activities, incidents, challenges, and recommendations.
Ensure client concerns and operational issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's Degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response.
Proven experience managing security teams across multiple locations.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and people-management skills.
