Description
The Organization Representative will act as an independent representative of eZine Learning within an assigned organization or professional community.
The representative will educate leaders and members about Ezine Learning’s services and benefits, facilitate user registrations, support onboarding, and help members make effective use of the platform.
The representative will serve as the primary link between Ezine Learning and the organization, helping to grow Ezine Learning’s influence while maintaining strong relationships and providing continuing support to users.
What you'll do
Represent Ezine Learning professionally within the assigned organization or network.
Present Ezine Learning’s services, courses, features, and benefits to organizational leaders and members.
Identify the learning and development needs of the organization and explain how Ezine Learning may address them.
Secure opportunities to deliver demonstrations, workshops, information sessions, and onboarding programs.
Recruit and register eligible organizational members as Ezine Learning users.
Guide members through account creation, onboarding, course discovery, and basic platform use.
Provide first-level assistance to users and escalate technical or account-related concerns when necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with organizational leaders, administrators, human resources teams, learning and development teams, and other decision-makers.
Encourage registered users to remain active and take advantage of relevant learning opportunities.
Gather feedback about the user experience, organizational needs, and possible service improvements.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, group learning programs, or broader organizational adoption.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, presentations, registrations, support requests, and follow-up activities.
Submit regular reports on engagement, registrations, user activity, feedback, and challenges.
Follow Ezine Learning’s brand, privacy, communication, and professional-conduct requirements.
RequirementsRequired qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, relationship-management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage organizational leaders, employees, members, and other stakeholders.
Confidence explaining online learning solutions to both individuals and groups.
Ability to support user registration and onboarding.
Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet agreed performance targets.
Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
Professional judgment, integrity, reliability, and a service-oriented attitude.
Compensation type
Salary (N50,000 monthly) + commission.
