Small Mammal Conservation Organization (SMACON) is a non-governmental organization committed to the protection of small mammals and their habitat through evidence-based conservation that safeguards local livelihoods. We work with local, regional and international partners to deploy SMACON's mission. We are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to the documentation and protection of biodiversity in Nigeria, the Gulf of Guinea Islands, and supporting our network of partners across West Africa. We are recruiting to fill the position below

Job Title: Partnerships Manager

Location: Calabar, Cross River

Employment type: Full-time Responsibilities

Manage donor and stakeholder communications. Lead and manage technical partnerships. Manage grants, project, and report activities.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Zoology, Environmental Science, or related field.

Skills / Experience:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to design and manage fundraising events. Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time.
