Job Summary

• A reputable private security company committed to professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction, is seeking Security Patrol Supervisor to lead and coordinate field operations.
• This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of mobile patrol units and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the security industry.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills – must be able to interact professionally with both clients and team members.
• Patient, reliable, and results-oriented.
• Must be able to ride and operate a motorcycle safely and legally (valid motorcycle license required).
• Sound knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and conflict resolution.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions.
• Age should be between 25 years to 50 years.
• Minimum OND certificate.
• Ability to recruit and train guards.
