About the Role
We’re hiring a qualified Pharmacy Technician to provide remote customer and patient support.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers with questions about medications and orders.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Answer general questions about medications, dosages, usage, and availability
Process and follow up on prescription orders and refills
Escalate clinical or complex cases to the supervising pharmacist when needed
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Flag any safety, compliance, or stock issues promptly
Requirements (Must Have)
Prior experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers, customer-support tools, and video calls
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Nice to Have:Previous remote or call-center experience
Familiarity with pharmacy management or EMR software
