Job Title: Planning Executive

Job Description
As a Planning Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring assigned projects and maintenance activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute excellent planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.
Prepare and manage material requisitions required for project execution.
Create and maintain comprehensive project reports, documentation, and plans for clients.
Ensure timely completion of projects without compromising required quality and standards.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives for both project and maintenance execution.
Participate in field project execution inspections as approved by the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor.
Collect all necessary job completion documents for accounting purposes.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Project Lead or Supervisor
Strictly adhere to the company’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and guidelines.
Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator and assist in investigating reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
RequirementsHND or B.Sc in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
Candidates should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good job delivery and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an added advantage.
