Job Title: Grill Chef

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Chef to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with grilling techniques, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
Develop and present creative grill menu options.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times.
Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs.
Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Grill Chef, Cook, or in a similar role.
Knowledge of different grilling methods and seasonings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
