Job Summary

• The Client Relationship Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.
• The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales/marketing efforts.

Job Description

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Provide guidance and information about available properties and services.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records in the company’s CRM system.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to nurture ongoing relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling real estate services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5years of experience in client relations, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
