Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Printing & Lamination Operators to join our production team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining printing and lamination machines to ensure the production of high-quality packaging materials that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor gravure printing and lamination machines efficiently and safely.
Set up machines according to production requirements and job specifications.
Ensure consistent print quality, color accuracy, and proper registration throughout production runs.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize output.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot printing and lamination defects.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
Minimize material waste and machine downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
RequirementsMinimum of an OND, Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience operating printing and/or lamination machines within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment.
Experience with Rotogravure, Flexographic, Solvent-Based, or Solventless Lamination processes is highly desirable.
Familiarity with packaging substrates such as BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, and Foil materials.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interpret production specifications and quality requirements.
SalaryN150,000 - N220,000 monthly.
