Location: Rivers Role Summary

To execute procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier follow-ups to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive and process purchase requisitions. Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations. Conduct price and vendor comparisons. Prepare and issue purchase orders. Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Ensure compliance with procurement procedures. Track orders and resolve delivery issues. Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field 5–7 years procurement experience Good negotiation and analytical skills CIPS / CIPSMN certification Experience in oil & gas or logistics environment.
