Crown Interactive is seeking a Product Designer to join our growing team. In this
role, you will play a critical part in shaping how users interact with our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers,
Engineers, and Business Stakeholders—to design user-centered solutions that are both functional and visually compelling. From wireframes to high-fidelity
prototypes, your work will directly influence the success of our digital products and the satisfaction of our users.


Key Roles &; Responsibilities:


User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business objectives.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Design Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Problem Solving: Turn complex enterprise workflows into simple, elegant, and efficient user experiences.
Feedback &; Iteration: Receive and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine designs.
Accessibility: Ensure designs are inclusive and meet accessibility standards (WCAG).


Skill Requirements


Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving, and final deliverables


Qualification &; Experience


3years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving, and final deliverables
