We are seeking a high-performance Product Growth Marketer to drive courier, store partner, and individual user acquisition, increase delivery volume, manage paid acquisition, and grow organic traffic and engagement. The role sits at the centre of the company's growth engine and is suited to a data-driven, execution-focused marketer who can execute quickly, measure impact, optimize performance, and provide clear insights to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketplace growth. Strong analytical skills and experience working in KPI-driven environments. Demonstrated ability to design and optimize acquisition funnels. Experience running paid campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong content creation and social media strategy skills. Ability to conduct structured A/B tests and interpret results. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Familiarity with marketplace or logistics platforms is an advantage. Highly data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working with aggressive monthly targets. Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly. Highly organized, reliable, consistent, and accountable. Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment and directly with the CEO.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for courier, store partner, and individual user acquisition. Drive marketplace growth and increase delivery volumes through effective acquisition and activation strategies. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns. Design and optimize customer acquisition and activation funnels. Develop and execute content and social media strategies to support organic growth. Conduct structured A/B tests and document campaign results. Monitor marketing KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with operations to improve user and courier activation and delivery volumes. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for executive review. Provide actionable growth insights based on campaign, customer, and marketplace data.
