Product Manager

Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Product Manager with a strong tech industry background to spearhead the development, enhancement, and scaling of our digital products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to ensure successful product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.


Core Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap


Articulate and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
Create and maintain a product roadmap with prioritized features and improvements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.


Product Development & Lifecycle Management


Guide the product lifecycle from conception to launch, encompassing ideation, design, development, testing, release, and iteration.
Work in tandem with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.


User and Market Research


Perform user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights.
Examine market trends and competitive landscape to identify product innovation opportunities.


Stakeholder Engagement


Convey product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders across departments.
Serve as the customer advocate in internal meetings and strategy sessions.


Metrics and Performance Monitoring


Establish KPIs and success metrics for product performance.
Track product usage data, user feedback, and market trends to optimize product offerings.


Agile Product Management


Manage and prioritize the product backlog, create detailed user stories, and prioritize features.
Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams.


Qualifications and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is advantageous.
Minimum of 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or software company.
Robust technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
