Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager who is enthusiastic about developing products that customers adore. You will join a dynamic and fast-moving environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, create and launch products that fulfill the company's vision and strategy.

Experience Level: Intermediate

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Duties


Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and address product gaps and generate innovative ideas that increase market share, enhance customer experience and drive growth
Generate support for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Convert product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Prioritize and plan activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with rapid time-to-market and optimal resources
Perform efficient product handover to clients with effective product onboarding
Track project progress and ensure that project goals are achieved on time.
Communicate project updates to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
Monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with client objectives and expectations.
Ensure that all project documentation is current and accurate.
Guide and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure project success.
Continuously enhance project management processes and tools to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications and abilities


2-3 years' experience as a product manager or associate product manager.
Demonstrated track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Sufficient knowledge of Agile product planning and Sprint planning
Excellent understanding of technology and tech products, grounded use of computer and diverse software and apps
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and/or Software QA Testing.
Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills and commitment to completing tasks
Proficient at working effectively with cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
