Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our sports betting products. The role involves shaping product strategy, driving execution, and delivering features that boost user engagement and business performance.
This hybrid position is based in Lagos, offering a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the product roadmap in line with company objectives.
Perform user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with technical, design, marketing, and operations teams to develop and launch new features.
Track product performance metrics and utilize insights for continuous improvement.
Manage the lifecycle of betting-related products across web and mobile platforms.
Ensure adherence to local gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the sports betting and gaming industries.
Strong understanding of digital betting products, user experience, and mobile-first platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Based in Lagos for hybrid collaboration as required.
