About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with strong technology leadership experience who can also double as a CTO.
The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with hands-on technical leadership, managing our tech team while driving innovation in healthcare technology. Experience in Fintech or a high-growth technology company is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product vision and strategy aligned with healthcare transformation.
Lead and mentor the tech team (developers, engineers, QA, DevOps).
Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, iteration.
Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technology architecture.
Conduct market research and integrate customer insights into product decisions.
Develop go-to-market strategies and track adoption, usage, and revenue.
Report on KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, system uptime, customer satisfaction).
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
5–7 years’ experience in product management, with at least 2 years leading tech teams.
Proven background in Fintech or technology companies.
Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and security.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
