Job Title: Product Trainer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Product Trainer to spearhead nationwide training programs for our PAD and AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) product ecosystems.
In this role, you will empower internal teams, retail partners, and sales channels by driving deep product knowledge, sharpening key selling points, and demonstrating real-world application scenarios aligned with current market trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Program Management: Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive nationwide training programs for Xiaomi’s PAD and AIoT product lineups based on evolving business needs.
Content Creation: Design and curate engaging training materials, including PPT presentations, course modules, and learning resource toolkits. Continuously upgrade and refine the training system.
Market & Competitor Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor product positioning, and consumer electronics shifts. Maintain expert-level product awareness across tablets, smart wearables, and broader AIoT product categories.
Session Execution & Evaluation: Independently organize and facilitate training sessions across various channels, evaluating post-training effectiveness through feedback loops and reviews to continuously optimize business support.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align training content with go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
Key Requirements & Qualifications FindRecruiters
Experience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in a training-related role within the consumer electronics industry. Prior working experience with Oraimo, TECNO, or similar global consumer electronics brands is a strong advantage.
Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with tablets (PADs), smart wearables, and AIoT ecosystems with high market awareness.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Execution & Independence: Proven ability to independently manage training roadmaps, coordinate logistics, and measure training ROI.
Collaboration: Strong team player capable of working seamlessly alongside marketing, sales, and product development units.
SalaryN350,000 - N400,000 per month.
