Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Data Entry Executive to join our FMCG company in Ikeja.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and reporting production data to support operational efficiency, production planning, inventory control, and management decision-making.
RequirementsB.Sc./HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in production data entry, production reporting, MIS, or a similar role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
Experience using ERP or production management systems is an added advantage.
Good understanding of FMCG/manufacturing production processes.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good reporting and communication skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience working directly with production, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing data will be preferred.
Candidates who reside within or can conveniently commute to Ikeja and its environs are encouraged to apply.
