Production Supervisor

JOB OBJECTIVE


To oversee the human component, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient production processes, optimal resource utilization, and high-quality output. The role holder will be responsible for the effective implementation and use of manufacturing excellence in delivering superior production results.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


Assign tasks and monitor production processes and performance for smooth and efficient operations to meet daily production targets and minimize downtime.
Handle daily plan of SKU allocated and utilize human resources, material, and equipment to maximize production efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure the safety of self, colleagues, equipment, materials and employees under supervision and implement manufacturing excellence in the department.
Work in conjunction with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations and timely delivery of products.
Supervise the implementation of GHK and GMP to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Educate and motivate machine engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and high performance.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as output, quality, and efficiency, to provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and strategic planning for senior management.
