Job Summary
Are you a passionate and experienced chef who can create delicious local and intercontinental dishes?
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Professional Chef to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of Nigerian/local and intercontinental dishes.
Plan and prepare daily meals according to required menus.
Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.
Manage kitchen supplies and minimize food wastage.
Ensure the kitchen and cooking equipment are kept clean and organized.
Develop new meals and menu ideas when required.
Maintain consistency in food quality and portion sizes.
Manage food ingredients and ensure proper storage.
Work professionally and efficiently to meet meal schedules.
RequirementsProven experience as a professional chef or cook.
Must be highly skilled in preparing both local and intercontinental dishes.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.
Creativity, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Must be reliable, neat, and well-presented.
Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage.
What we Offer
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
