Program Manager

Role Overview


As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of all HENS BROOD activities. You will work directly with mentors, teens, volunteers, and the Henosis leadership to ensure the vision is carried out with excellence, creativity, and spiritual sensitivity.
This is a leadership role ideal for someone who combines administration, passion, and purpose.


Key Responsibilities


Lead the implementation of HENS BROOD program calendar and initiatives
Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer mentors and facilitators
Monitor the spiritual and personal growth journey of participating teens
Facilitate communication between teens, mentors, and leadership
Manage logistics for meetings, resources, and events (virtual & physical)
Design feedback tools and evaluate program effectiveness
Represent the HENS BROOD program within the larger Henosis vision
Keep regular documentation and provide monthly reports to leadership


You’re a Good Fit If You:


Are passionate about youth discipleship, mentoring, and nation building
Have experience in program or team management (formal or informal)
Are spirit-led, emotionally intelligent, and an effective communicator
Are available for regular virtual meetings and periodic in-person events
Can lead and follow up with volunteers in a respectful, visionary way
